  • A refined approach to movement. Utilizing a specialized carriage-and-spring system, Reformer Pilates provides adjustable resistance to challenge your strength, length, and alignment. It is a full-body practice designed to build deep core stability and fluid, graceful power.

  • Booking a class is easy with our user-friendly online booking system. Just head to our class schedule page, select your preferred session and proceed to pay for one or multiple sessions as needed. If you are on a membership or bought a package, you can book classes through your account on the Mindbody App.

  • Getting started is simple. Explore our membership/session page, select a suitable membership/ session / package, buy and book the class at a date and time that works best for you. Alternatively, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out through our contact form or request a call - we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Don’t stress, it’s completely natural! Simply arrive early, let the instructor know it’s your first time and feel free to ask questions at any point. Everyone here was a beginner once, too :)

  • You can cancel your membership anytime by serving us a written notice of 28 days.

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled class, for instructor led classes, please cancel at least 12 hours prior to that class to avoid losing your pass. For on-demand please cancel at least 6 hours prior. If you cancel within 12 hours and 6 hours for the respective class/ session, unfortunately you will lose that pass.
