Part I: The Brand

Afiyah was created from a feeling — a quiet, deeply personal need for space. A space where movement feels natural, where the body can soften, strengthen and reconnect without distraction. Where presence replaces pressure.

Rooted in the meaning of Afiyah — wellbeing, protection and wholeness, the studio was designed as more than a place to exercise. It is a sanctuary. A place where women can move freely, breathe deeply and feel entirely at ease in their own bodies.

At it’s core, Afiyah is about intention. Every detail, every class, every experience is thoughtfully curated to create a sense of calm, comfort and quiet confidence. A women-only reformer Pilates space, created to remove the subtle barriers that often go unspoken, so you can simply arrive, as you are and focus on yourself.

Afiyah is for every woman seeking a more considered way to move, a softer rhythm, a space to return to herself.

Part II: The Founders

Afiyah Pilates was founded by Saif and Alvee.

The idea was born from Alvee’s personal experience with Pilates. What began as a form of movement quickly became something deeper, a moment of stillness, a sense of grounding, a quiet reset for both body and mind.

Yet alongside that connection, there was always a subtle discomfort, a feeling of not being able to fully relax, to move without awareness, to exist in the space without hesitation. That experience sparked a simple, yet powerful question — what if there was a space designed differently?

What followed was not just an idea, but a clear intention.

A space where comfort wasn’t something to think about, where modesty and movement could exist effortlessly together, where women could simply arrive and be fully present in their bodies. From that intention, they built Afiyah, a studio shaped with care, clarity and a deep understanding of what it means to feel truly comfortable in your environment.

Their vision is both simple and deliberate: to create a space where women feel at ease, supported and free to move, without compromise.
